Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Obsonlineservices platform. These terms govern your access to and use of all Obsonlineservices products and services.
By accessing or using the Obsonlineservices platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Obsonlineservices Ltd.
Obsonlineservices is a cloud-based property management platform that enables property owners and managers to manage reservations, connect booking channels, process payments, and analyse performance data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must register for an account to use our platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@obsonlineservices.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Access to Obsonlineservices is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these terms. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.
Failed payments may result in service suspension. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
You agree not to use Obsonlineservices to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe on intellectual property rights; transmit malware or harmful code; scrape or harvest data without our permission; or interfere with the platform's infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
You retain ownership of all data you input into Obsonlineservices. By using our platform, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your property listings, guest data, or business information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsonlineservices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
